The Religious Workforce Project is a research initiative of The Lewis Center for Church Leadership of Wesley Theological Seminary in Washington, D.C. Founded in 2003, The Lewis Center produces resources and research for effective leadership in ministry.

Funding for the project generously provided by The Lilly Endowment, Inc., a private philanthropic foundation supporting the causes of religion, education, and community development.
